CAULIFLOWER IS THE NEW BREAD

Don't judge a book by it's cover. It may not be the prettiest bread around but it is low carb, full of goodness, gluten and dairy free. Did I mention it's made with a vegetable! So now you can have your bread and eat it to. I made BLAT's (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado & Tomato) sandwiches for dinner out of my latest batch & it was truly the YUMMIEST B.L.A.T. our family has tasted.
