Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia Pudding

This recipe came from a friend when recently catching up for a breakfast morning I hosted. It was so delicious I had to give it a go. It's mostly the same with a few slight tweaks. When you know you have a busy start the following day why not get out a glass jar mix this up then it's ready for breakfast on the go the next day. By no means is it slimy or have a strange texture that some Chia puddings seem to. Enjoy & thanks Cassie!

Overnight Chia Pudding (Serves 4)

Ingredients

60ml Chia seeds

1 sachet Juice Plus Vanilla complete (protein powder)

270ml AYAM Coconut Cream

500ml Coconut milk

4 tsp Raw honey

Chopped fruit of choice (I used 1 banana)

2 Tbsp Mixed walnuts, almonds & pepita seeds

Method

Mix all ingredients together until well combined, place in glass jars with lid and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with any fruit of choice and top with nuts & seeds if desired.
